Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after shipping from the warehouse. This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date but may involve leaving the package in a safe place. If you need to contact our customer service for tracking, please allow at least 6 business days. Please note that delivery times will be longer for areas outside mainland U.K. and certain remote areas.

Express Delivery: Express delivery takes 1 business day from when the order leaves the warehouse until arrival. To get the fastest delivery time, the order must be fully paid and require no personalization or printed logos. The delivery method selected at checkout determines the speed of delivery after your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that delivery to areas outside mainland U.K. and certain remote areas will take longer.

If an order includes personalized items, the shipping time for your order may be extended, regardless of the chosen delivery service. The estimated shipping time for the order will be displayed during checkout.

Depending on the weight, dimensions, and value of your order, as well as your delivery address, we will select the appropriate carrier to ship your order.

We do not guarantee delivery on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery:

• Free shipping for purchase amounts over 50 euros.

• A flat rate shipping fee of 6.00 euros is charged for purchase amounts below 50 euros.
