Store Return Policy

Return Period:
You have 7 business days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and labels, and must be unused and unopened (unless the item is defective or damaged).
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, unless they are delivered damaged or defective.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@looso.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the required conditions, we will process the refund using your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank's policies.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer free return shipping. In this case, please contact our customer service to arrange for the return, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, you must return the original product and place a new order.
